With Kabira Customer Support Portal (CSP), you can log, monitor, and update technical support issues. CSP requires an account for access. If you are not registered as an Authorized Contact in the CSP, we ask that you notify the registered Kabira support contact for your company, or send an email to CSP Admin with your company name, email address, location, address and phone number. New account requests are typically processed by the next business day.

Kabira Customer Support is the first line of contact for customers who have questions about, or issues with Kabira products and services. Our customer support staff is comprised of experts that have an in-depth understanding of transaction-processing technologies, and are dedicated to helping our customers reduce their business risk and achieve increased agility and growth. Kabira offers a range of support plans designed to help accommodate unique customer requirements and assist organizations achieve their individual business and technology goals. Our support engineers act as customer advocates and interfaces to other groups within Kabira.
As part of the services, Kabira Customers receive:
- Support for general product queries.
- Regular product maintenance and feature updates.
- Response to issues that may arise, and best efforts to remedy those issues as appropriate.
